Our farm specializes in the following…… (1) We sell custom-processed whole or half lamb – no growth hormones – lambs are raised on both grass and grain fed. Can provide any type of lamb cuts you want – streaks, chops, roasts, boneless roasts, etc. Lamb is processed at Hemp’s Meats in Jefferson - is USDA inspected - properly aged for 8-9 days - then custom-processed - vacuum-packed and labeled. Lamb is sold by the live weight…… (2) Or, customer can pick-up the whole lamb carcass, and package their own lamb…… (3) 2013 Lamb Prices are slightly lower than 2012 – grain prices have dropped.
